REFUND POLICY
We Saistho, have a 24-hour return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving a service to say it was not as given in guidelines or some error occured on the company side.
To be eligible for a return, you must have screenshot about error and transaction details about transaction. To start a return, you can contact us at saistho.connect@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address if physical details needed:

If your return is accepted your amount will be credited back to your account details from which the payment was made within 15 working days.

Damages and Issues
In case any service is found to be faulty we suggest you to connect with us immediately.
There will be no refund made for subscription based services after opted. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted services or our services that are offered by third party websites.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to raise a refund request and reinitiate a fresh request for your need.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at saistho.connect@gmail.com.
